PACE financed measures lower energy and maintenance costs and often result in annual savings that exceed the cost of repayment, thus making the measures 100% self financing.

In North America, every million in PACE project spending has resulted in at least 15 new jobs and $2.5 million in economic output.
REDUCE FOOTPRINT
Building performance upgrades and renewable energy installs will reduce energy use and lower greenhouse gas emissions. On average, every $200 to $300 in PACE upgrades eliminates 1 kilogram of GHG emissions per year.
